I loved my grandpa he died I loved my great uncle he died I opened up to my therapist he left I love my uncle and aunt they hate me and ruined any good connection I had with most of my family I try making friends I get laughed at I change who I was at school made it worse I try getting attached so much and get hurt or abandoned so badly I almost slit my throat at 14 I sometimes have images of all the pain rejection insults being said to me over and over I’m scared of who I should be who they want me to be I’m scared and angry I want to curl up into a ball and I want to smash everything I want to be happy

I am just so tired and all I can think is again I have to wake up again . Sometimes I think what would happen if I don’t wake up in the morning but I can’t leave my family like that and it hurts because I can’t deal with it anymore I can’t take any more pain

I can relate to this I’m happy now but I watch these an it reminds me of how lonely and sad and depressed I was but then they also make me feel better at the same time when I read the comments where people say keep fighting. I still feel like it sometimes but I just breathe and keep fighting. Thank you for the video it was beautiful

I can relate to this so fu**ing much like i just feel numb empty as if i have no emotions as if i dont know how to be happy how to be satisfied how to like things how to love people 😭😭😭😭 and nothing hurts more than feeling empty and you have a fake smile every day to show people family friend u are ok but inside i am dying i want to disappear i am just a useless person no one want me i dont want to be a problem or to create problems for any one but directly or indirectly people told me how much problem i cost them no one look how they behave they treat me if the problem came i am facing too with them but i am the one to blame😔 i dont want this i so not want this my life is a mess i am stuck and so trying to change everything from past 5 years and i fail again and again nothings on track i am 20 in my parents house no job studies sucks feel stuck and so many issues sometimez i wish i was not born everyone deserves better my parents deserve a better daughter my brother deserves a better sister and i am not even near to it i feel nothing i dont cry feel like my trears are dry now all i want to run away to scream to kill my self and end everything but i know it want end anything everything will be same just as it is

I've been in pain so much I care to much about my family . that I'm the only one who's there for everyone I'm a kind hearted and gentle soul who wants to make sure you live a happy life. But with so much pain for caring for everyone I lose track on living a happy life for myself. I love you everyone and keep pushing forward because good things take time. I'm pushing myself past the limit and do whatever it takes to feel that happiness and joy.

Believe me God has created human beings strong enough to fight all these horrors: Depression, Panic attacks, anxiety disorder and anger attacks. I have been all those for 4 years now and still in it but there comes a point in your life when you accept them instead of fearing them. That is how brain works for you. You get used to all these feelings. You overcome the fears of going crazy or going to die because you get to know that no one has ever died of anxiety and no one has ever gone mad because of it. Stay strong and let it flow like i am doing now. It shall pass. It will no longer harm you. Accept it even if it stays for lifetime.
